All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel for a Covered reason, submitting a claim for Travel Insurance is the only way to be eligible for a possible refund. Travel Insurance is covered by a 3rd party.
Yes, a roommate will be assigned to you if you make that initial request via your reservation form online. In the event of a roommate’s cancellation, and you still want to attend the trip you have two options: 1) You can pay a higher, single room rate (canceled roommates payments are NOT-TRANSFERABLE to your new reservation.or 2) You will have to find a replacement. You are responsible for full trip amount and any cancellation fees unless a replacement is found.

The safety of all guest are our top priority. Fortunately, there are not any safety issues to report at this time. Weather and safety will be monitored closely especially as we get closer to the date of travel. This information will be posted to the Facebook page as often as necessary.
The airport code for St. Martin is SXM. Flights are generally $400-800 depending on your departure city. Apps and websites to watch for flights are hopper, Google flights, kayak, skyscanner, skiplagged and Momondo. You can create fair alerts. More flights will be released in the upcoming months. We recommend getting your flight no later than 3-5 weeks from your departure date.

Arrive at the airport two-three hours prior for international travel. This allows time for parking, shuttle transportation, airline check-in, obtaining a boarding pass, and going through the security screening process.
This 5 year membership is a way to get expedited screenings once you arrive at the airport. It is in no way required for our destination, but it is an option for those who like convenience and who want to avoid long lines through TSA. Your mobile coverage is determined by your plan and service provider. Please call your provider and advise them of your travel plans to our destination, and they will provide information regarding possible roaming charges and coverage details.

A negative Covid test has to be done 5 days before arrival to St. Martin. Health insurance and travel insurance may be mandated by St. Maarten.
