You may begin by registering and making your initial deposit which will reserve your room and confirm your spot on the 2023 Destination Naturals Dubai trip.

Credit card and debit card payments are both acceptable. No gift cards.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel for a Covered reason, submitting a claim for Travel Insurance is the only way to be eligible for a possible refund.  Travel Insurance is covered by a 3rd party.

Yes, a roommate will be assigned to you if you make that initial request via your reservation form online. In the event of a roommate’s cancellation, and you still want to attend the trip you have two options: 1) You can pay a higher, single room rate (canceled roommates payments are NOT-TRANSFERABLE to your new reservation.or 2) You will have to find a replacement. You are responsible for full trip amount and any cancellation fees unless a replacement is found.

You must be 19 years old or older.

Your check-in time is 3:00 p.m.

Early check-in requests may be sent to info@travelbydesignny.com. Once your request has been approved by the hotel, you will be notified by email.

The airport code for Dubai is DXB. Flights are generally $700-$1500 depending on your departure city and time of booking. Apps and websites to watch for flights are Hopper, Google Flights, Kayak, Skyscanner, Skiplagged and Momondo. You can create fair alerts. More flights will be released in the upcoming months. We recommend getting your flight no later than 6 weeks from your departure date. It is recommended to purchase your flight directly from the airline.

Shared round trip transfers are included, and will be provided to and from the airport/hotel

You may cancel at any time. All payments non-refundable and non-transferable.

Arrive at the airport two-three hours prior for international travel. This allows time for parking, shuttle transportation, airline check-in, obtaining a boarding pass, and going through the security screening process.

This 5 year membership is a way to get expedited screenings once you arrive at the airport. It is in no way required for our destination, but it is an option for those who like convenience and who want to avoid long lines through TSA. Your mobile coverage is determined by your plan and service provider. Please call your provider and advise them of your travel plans to our destination, and they will provide information regarding possible roaming charges and coverage details.

No. You are responsible for arranging your own travel accommodations to and from your original destinations.
